Export posts from any hashtag, any public profile, or any location page. The popup auto-detects the Instagram page you're viewing and fills in the target for you.
Download everything you scrape to Excel (XLSX) or CSV with a single click — ready to drop straight into spreadsheets, dashboards or reports.
Every row captures the post thumbnail, post URL, like count, comment count, the hashtags used, and the publish date (GMT).
Each caption is parsed into a clean, space-separated list of hashtags — perfect for spotting trends and building your own tag sets.
Watch posts stream in on a real-time progress bar, and pause, continue or retry the scrape whenever you need to.
A built-in delay between requests (around 8–12 seconds) keeps scraping gentle and natural, helping protect your Instagram account.
You can export Instagram posts from three sources: a hashtag, a public profile (username), or a location page. For each post you get the thumbnail, post URL, like count, comment count, the hashtags used in the caption, and the post date (GMT).
You can download your results as an Excel (XLSX) file or a CSV file with one click. Both open directly in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers and most data tools.
The free version exports up to 100 posts per task. Upgrading to Pro removes that limit so you can export much larger datasets in a single run.
Yes. Keep the browser open and the export tab active while a task runs. If your computer goes to sleep or you close the tab, scraping will stop.
Instagram limits how many posts can be retrieved for a hashtag, profile or location, so the extension can only collect a portion of them. Getting fewer posts than the total count is expected.
The extension paces requests with a randomized delay (around 8–12 seconds) to stay gentle on Instagram. To stay safe, keep export volumes reasonable and avoid running several scraping tools at the same time.
This almost always means Instagram has temporarily rate-limited your account for too much activity. Pause for a while, then use the Retry button to resume. Exporting less at a time helps avoid it.
